Perched at the top of a large natural bush block with a reserve on one side, this is the ultimate private getaway. Completed in 2012 and designed by one of Sydney's leading architects, this house has 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with queen sized beds. 2 bedrooms have huge ensuites with rain showers - the master bedroom also has a freestanding deep bath which overlooks the garden and native bushland. There's even an outdoor rain shower to rinse off after the beach! 3 of the 4 bedrooms have fantastic views over the lawn and out to sea.
The upstairs living area offers amazing ocean views and has a front and back deck area for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The huge open plan kitchen will keep even the most discerning chef happy and an open gas fire separating the living and dining room adds a cosy feel to your winter escape.
The floor to ceiling sliding doors wrap around the balcony and terrace providing an al fresco dining experience facing the sea.
The huge private terrace is set among the tree tops capturing the sun with wonderful ocean views yet protected from the on-shore winds! With only the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the rocks below and the abundant bird life, you will relax the moment you enter!
The beautiful furnishings and eco friendly nature of the house are designed to consider your every comfort and include: huge flat screen TV, WIFI, Blu ray / DVD, in ceiling speakers upstairs with ipod dock, BBQ, sun loungers, ice making fridge, floor to ceiling doors to decks to maximimise airflow and automated window shades. Air con is not required due to the design features of the property. A large double garage offers secure off street parking for 2 cars with 2 more car parks outside the front door.

North Avoca is primarily a residential area developed in the 1950's. The North Avoca Beach SLSC was established in 1957 and is located toward the northern end of the beach, with its car park providing the best beach access. This area is another quiet gem but within an easy 5-minute drive to all the facilities of Terrigal and Avoca.
For a change of scenery head into busy Terrigal a vibrant cosmopolitan village offering a range of stylish cafes and restaurants from which you can watch the beach culture pass you by. Sip coffee or enjoy quintessential Australian fish & chips at the Haven or along the Esplanade. Be pampered at beautician or relax in the Lord Ashley Lounge or relax to some live music at the Florida Beach bar. Just a short drive away is Erina Fair with all the shopping one could desire as well as numerous dining options, cinema complex, ice skating and more.

A bond (security deposit) will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and a bond pre-authorisation form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
Check-in times are from 2pm5pm and conducted at our Raine & Horne Offices (Terrgial/Avoca). Arrival after this time (up till 10pm) will incur a late check-in fee of $50. Check-in after 10pm is not available.
